Fight Like Coach White

Coach Clif White was a passionate and dedicated football and softball coach at Midlothian High School, a place he always dreamed of working. To him, MHS was more than a job—it was his calling, his “dream job,” one he loved so much he once said he’d do it for free. Clif's commitment was unwavering; he poured his heart and soul into every practice, every game, and every student. Known for his incredible work ethic, infectious energy, and unbreakable positivity, Clif embodied the spirit of the buffalo, charging forward with courage, strength, and resilience.

In his final days, as he faced a rare and aggressive cancer, Coach White exemplified what it means to be strong and courageous, placing his trust fully in the Lord. He taught us all to fight with everything you have, to stand tall in the face of adversity, and to love deeply and unconditionally. His legacy of faith, resilience, and love lives on through the “Fight Like Coach White” Scholarships, awarded each year to two Midlothian High School student-athletes.

Your generous donations honor Coach White’s impact on Midlothian’s students and ensure that his inspiring legacy of strength, courage, and love continues for years to come.
